Our property includes controlled gated access and professionally maintained timed lighting in common area and along driveways. These features help create a well-lit, private residential setting.

We are on the eastern edge of Tahlequah on the corner of Downing Street and Nalley Road. For driving directions, navigate to 1804 East Downing Street, Tahlequah, OK. (This is not a mailing address.)

We are located near the Cherokee Nation Medical Community, the Osteopathic School of Community Medicine, and the Northeastern Health System. The Illinois River is also nearby.

Yes, we have midterm and short-term rentals for the three single town homes.

Our single townhomes are furnished for short-term and mid-term rentals. Long-term leased townhomes are available furnished on an individual basis with adequate notification.

Yes, it is subject to management approval.

Townhomes are not furnished with the exception of a few mid-term or corporate rentals. If you are interested in one of our furnishing packages that includes furniture and decorations including the kitchen please contact us. Packages include Four Hands furniture and Crate & Barrel for the kitchen and bathroom.

Yes. We frequently assist doctors, residents, and professionals moving to Tahlequah for work.

A $400 non-refundable pet fee per pet and $40 monthly pet rent for up to 2 pets per townhome.

There is a 55-pound weight limit, and the restricted breeds include the following: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Wolf Hybrid, Husky, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Beauceron, Belgian Malinois, St. Bernard, and all “mixes” of the above breeds.

Yes, $200. They must be leasing members of the Rivercrest Residences community.

Each townhome is allowed three guests to use the amenities with a leased community member.

No. You may add up to 2 roommates if they are approved by management.

Lawn care and exterior maintenance are included. Utilities are tenant responsibility.

Typically equal to one month’s rent (subject to screening results).

Month-to-month rent is available at $2,200 per month, and a one year lease is $1,975 + utilities.

Our US mailboxes have the ability for small-parcel options. FedEx or Amazon can deliver directly to your porch. Deliveries to the office at Cox Storage can be made for a small convenience fee.

We recommend making an appointment. We will accept unscheduled tour requests on an as-able basis.

Each townhome has three dedicated parking slots, including the garage and driveway.

Each townhome has a washer and dryer on the second floor in the dedicated laundry room.

Full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, electric range, microwave, and a washer and dryer. The garage has a plug compatible with an electric car charger, but the charger is not included.

There is one floor plan is available – a three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, one car garage townhome.

Yes, we require renters insurance. You may go through our office or obtain your own policy.
