Pet Fees & Approval
- Pet Fee (nonrefundable): $400 per pet
- Monthly Pet Rent: $40 per pet per month
- Approval: All pets are subject to management approval. Please inquire about specific breeds.

Community Pet Policy
All pets are subject to management approval. Please inquire about specific breeds. Pets must be leashed outside the townhome, and residents must pick up after them as required by the lease. Three pet-waste stations are provided throughout the community.
The following non-traditional pets are also allowed: turtles, non-poisonous frogs, domestic hamsters, hermit crabs, gerbils, small domesticated birds, and domestic fish. Fees for non-traditional acceptable pets may vary, if applicable.
